Pouring Passion Into Every Tasting

With over four decades in the hospitality industry and nearly thirty years as a whisky and spirits ambassador, I bring a lifetime of experience to every session I host. My background spans five-star hotel management, bar ownership, licensee, and representing some of the world’s most iconic brands across whisky, vodka, gin, and beyond.

A key element of my education focuses on the history of global spirits—how the craft began, evolved, and shaped the drinks culture we know today. From the ancient origins of distillation to the rise of Scotch whisky, American bourbon, Japanese precision, Irish tradition, and the innovative spirits emerging around the world, I bring these stories to life. Understanding where spirits come from enriches the way we serve them, enjoy them, and share them with guests.

Today, I channel this experience into engaging, highly practical educational sessions designed to inspire and elevate the hospitality sector. Whether teaching the art of whisky appreciation, the foundations of all spirits categories, the craft of service, or the deeper culture of hospitality, my aim is always the same: to empower teams with confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for what they do.

My tastings and trainings blend storytelling, technical expertise, and hands-on learning—helping bartenders, servers, and professionals at every level develop a richer appreciation of the products they pour and the experiences they create.
